Precision Metal Forming

Precision Deep-Drawn Metal Pressings

Four decades operating on the press shop floor in HPune, Maharashtra, India. We form cold sheet metal into continuous cylindrical shells and custom enclosures under four hundred tons of hydraulic force.

Shop Floor Methods

Tooling and Pressing Workflow

Stage 01

Custom Die and Tooling Fabrication

In-house toolmakers machine progressive drawing dies from hardened alloy steel. Every radius and relief angle is shaped to control material flow without micro-fractures during heavy press cycles.

Stage 02

Hydraulic Deep Draw Cycles

Four hundred tons of hydraulic pressure draw flat metal blanks into deep cylindrical enclosures in single and multi-stage pressings. The process preserves uniform wall thickness across every millimeter.

Stage 03

Dimensional Trimming and Edge Finishing

Automated rotary trimming stations clean the drawn collar and remove flange excess. Final parts undergo micrometer profiling to verify radial tolerance within fifty microns before batch dispatch.

Metallurgical Conviction

We draw cold metal into weldless cylinders where standard fabricators cut and join.

Forty years on the shop floor teaches how cold alloys yield under heavy tonnage. We engineer every stroke so your shells maintain structural integrity under high pressure.
